The same Court that ruled that there is no enumerated Constitutional right to abortion.

I haven't seen any news on the ruling, but good news if true. States should absolutely have the ability to protect their international border from people who aren't following the established policy of crossing at a port of entry.

That was a period from before I was born until I was still in elementary school.

The bullshit charge was that I was perfectly happy with a liberal dominated SCOTUS.

I had no more of an idea who was on the court when I was 10 years old than you did, you absurd, ideologically obsessed dipshit.

Since I've been an adult up until the right went batshit crazy, the court was mostly middle of the road.

SCOTUS has not made any ruling on constitutionality of SB-4, why are yku flagrantly lying? They kicked it back to lower courts without hearing it, a stay in one of the lower courts allowed it to go forward and then that stay was dissolved, suspending it again. And that was in like March
