I am not sure he is the prime witness. Pecker seems to have filled that role. And the documents.

Costello is not a politician and he wasn't giving a speech......he was testifying before Congress under oath......he was Cohen's attorney during some of his previous convictions for perjury.......he is on the prosecutor's witness list and Cohen has already waived attorney client privilege in preparation for this trial......I'm sure by now you know exactly what he testified before Congress......are you going to pretend the prosecutor does not have the obligation to tell the court they are aware there is evidence available that Cohen is currently committing perjury?.......

If he is on the State's witness list, the Defense is welcome to call him to testify. They should do that.

I'm certain they will if they are ever required to present a defense......the interesting question is whether the prosecutor and judge do what the law requires before it becomes necessary.....

I never know what a jury is going to do, but I think this one could go either way. There is evidence for every element of the crimes, but if the jury believes it all adds up to reasonable doubt or not, I cannot guess.

My gut says they will not be an outright acquittal, so if I had to guess I would say hung jury or conviction.


From my view, a single misdemeanor conviction would be enough for justice to at least start.

but with his corrupt SCOTUS in place to bail the pigfucking orangutan out in the end,

Could you point to the evidence that Trump directed the entry to be "legal expenses" and can you point to evidence of what felony that conceals?

I think that your post above would have to be seriously considered as a possible crime.:laugh:

Trump's guilt or innocence is completely irrelevant here.
What matters is getting him completely out of the way by whatever method available.

Right now, America has no greater need nor priority than to permanently eliminate Donald Trump.
His very ability to survive provides very harmful encouragement to his supporters.

Let's say trump is convicted. Is that proof there was a crime or just that he was convicted of a crime? No one's ever been convicted of a crime they didn't commit, correct?
 
What SHOULD happen is that all charges would be dropped. What i THINK will happen ? Acquitted of all major charges. Maybe convicted of some lesser misdemeanor charge that doesnt matter and wont amount to a hill of shit. It gives the left a little something to hang their hat on even though they too know it doesnt amount to anything.

All I know is this........If I were a left wing politician or power broker I would be scared out of my mind right about now. Trump WILL be re elected,....and when he is,.......there will be Hell to pay. He's only human,... who could blame him. They have done their level best to make his life a living nightmare hell for EIGHT STRAIGHT YEARS and they did it all for pure POLITICAL REASONS not for what is just or right. Do you really believe that is going to go unpunished? Not hardly. Whole lotta boomerang action coming to a whole lotta people after next November and NOBODY can say that it hasnt been WELL EARNED.

What is funny is he spent 3 years in jail for lying to cover for Trump., who was called person 1 in his trial. Actually, it is sad. Trump abandoned him refusing to help him with legal fees. Trump did not need him anymore.
