Wes Moore (D) put a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant on the Maryland Port Commission just months before a container ship crashed into Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge. The supply chain on the East Coast and beyond now hangs in the balance as authorities will have to swiftly undertake complex feats of engineering to reopen the port and, eventually, the bridge.

Moore named Karenthia Barber to the Commission last August. The headline of the press release announcing the hire hailed her as the “first black woman to serve as Maryland Port Commissioner.” Her Ports Commission bio says she is “the Founder and CEO of Professional Development Associates, LLC. [sic] a consulting practice that provides leadership and workforce training, coaching, and diversity, equity and inclusion audits and consulting,” and a volunteer for the Maryland Democratic Party.

According to an interview with Barber posted to the port website this January, part of her job was to bring her DEI expertise to the commission.

Barber did not return a request for comment from The Daily Wire on her qualifications.

Barber’s website KBMotivator.com positions her as a professional motivational speaker, and pictures her hobnobbing with various Democrat politicians. It says Barber is “recognized as an engaging, inspiring and educational world class speaker” and hails her as a public speaker.

No, but we all saw you posting something like this since the bridge collapsed. You're a broken record of sleazy opinions and have a one-track mind.
 
There are three issues related to the port that I see:

1} Tug usage

2) Pilot quality

3) Speed

The fact that this bridge was so poorly designed goes to a higher paygrade.
 
Blacks simply fail at everything involving brains. There is no conspiracy against negroz; they do great at pro sports. They are mentally inferior and everyone knows it.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

5. 50 years of affirmative action special treatment and blacks have fallen even further behind. What does that tell you?

Tugs don't take ships out of harbors. :palm:

So far, no one seems to want to discuss the pilot or their assistant, interview them or know who they are. Good question on that one.

The speed was normal.

As for the bridge, it opened on March 23, 1977. It is 47 years old and not up to today's bridge standards. That stated, it still does excuse the accident.

I would like to know why Biden and Buttigieg think American taxpayers should pick up the tab for this. I heard that Lloyds of London are the insurers and prepared to lose $2 billion on this.

This is nothing more than a pile of racist bile. You should be embarrassed making such statements. Blacks are just as capable as any other race. It is all about your upbringing. Clarence Thomas and Thomas Sowell being examples of black achievement.

We agree on many things. But your racism is where we part.
 
Are Trumpys saying that the company allowed diversity workers to drive the huge boat? The boat apparently lost power and crashed into the bridge. Text of course blames it on some minority. He does not blame the boat company. The owners are rich. He sucks up to the rich. He hates the poor who work hard to survive.

Did she cause the mechanical malfunctions?
 
DIE hiring quotas must end. Blacks have been getting special treatment for 60 years and it hasn't done a bit of good. They will always fail at jobs requiring intelligence since they don't have any. Notice how they are fantastic in jobs like athletics where brains are not needed.
