"I have guns to protect from government overreach" is strikingly close in rhetoric to "the 2020 election was stolen" in that both are insincere statements that are covering for something embarrassing.

Democrats SHOULD be embarrassed for stealing the 2020 election.
 
Free speech means displaying a swastika must be allowed.

A swastika is not owned by Hitler. It is a religious symbol. Hitler turned the outward swastika on its edge and put it on his flag to symbolize the spread of the Reich over all the world. Since then, a lot of people have forgotten the meaning of the swastika since Hitler managed to poison the meaning of this symbol.

The outward swastika signifies the outward influence of the temple (or shrine) upon the community.
The inward swastika signifies the inward influence on a believer of that temple (or shrine).

Displaying either an outward or inward swastika is allowed. It's even on several government buildings.
Threats of assault IS a crime in many States. That includes any Hitler types threatening a Jew, or people chasing Rittenhouse. That does NOT make it a thought crime nor a police state. The swastika itself is allowed, but threatening people with assault is not.

The Supreme Court effectively changed the Constitution when it used the 14th due process clause to make the 1st amendment applicable to the states in 1925 in Gitlow v. NY.

Since you don't believe there was an election in 2020 you must also have missed the Gitlow case in 1925. That's OK. None of us can keep up with all the major news stories.

Read the 1st amendment. It applies specifically to Congress (the federal government). It does not apply to the States at all.

Indeed, States once had state religions, which is perfectly legal at the time for them. Since then, all remaining States have placed the same limits concerning state religions in their own constitutions by the amendment process. These States now prohibit laws concerning state religions. Some of them also now also prohibit their legislatures from passing any law curtailing freedom of speech (as in political discourse).

Amendments 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, and 26 apply to the federal government and the States and the States are bound by these amendments.
Amendments 1, 15, 16, 29, 22, and 23 apply only to the federal government.

No court has any authority to change that.
