What if the country is way too out of step w/ the Constitution?
For example?

federal gun control. abortion. property rights. free speech rights.
How do you figure that.
Where does Constitution say guns cannot be regulated?
I think there should be a strict ethics code for the Supreme Court justices to have to follow- LIKE EVERY OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL.
And there should be a Grand Marshall in charge of insuring the justices follow the code as written.
And when one of them violates an ethics code, where there is evidence, they should be impeached immediately by the Marshall!
We cannot have Justices accepting money, favors, gifts, or bribes in exchange for their votes on the Supreme Court!
Accepting bribes should be illegal, and they should also face jail when they do.

Justice Breyer suggested that an 18- or 20-year term could dissuade members of the court from “thinking about the next job” just as effectively as a lifetime appointment does now.

New York University also paid for Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg to travel to Florence, Italy.. All of the justices received at least some free travel, even if not international. [https://time.com/3945044/supreme-court-justices-free-trips/

McConnell would not bring up Obama's choice for a vote with a year left on Obama's presidency.
Then, however, after Trump got beaten, he was allowed to appoint the ditzy broad Barrett.
Gorsuch and Barrett are both illegitimate, and Kavanaugh was just a horrific choice.
Russiapublicans are simply vile people who drag this nation down.
There's nothing complicated about it.
Anyway, wouldn't it require a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on SCOTUS?
Those are impossible to do anymore.
I doubt if even the youngest among us will see one in his/her lifetime.
Oh the horror"Kavanaugh was just a horrific choice
So let me get this straight. Trump nominated Barrett on September 26th 2020 and she was confirmed on October 26th 2020 and the election was on November 3rd 2020. So exactly how do you figure Trump appointed her AFTER he lost? Please explain in detail.
Oh the horror
BTW: Biden and the Democrats did not treat Bork fairly either. So screw Garland.

I’d say twenty years, two decades, three terms for a Senator and four for a Congressman, enough time to gain valuable experience and stay relevant
Biggest moron to ever sit on the SCOTUS..
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED, right there at the end of the Second Amendment
. New York University is ran by rich white liberals you notice they didn’t send consecutive SC hustles to EuropeYours get bought by rich assholes
Universities are far more respected and NEUTRAL
So, the "well regulated militia" is a meaningless phrase?
tell us what the founders meant by 'well regulated militia'. come back with their words and we'll talk.
