The JUDGE has nothing to do with what BACKS the bond you fucking simpleton.
IF Chubb says 'we are putting up the Bond and will cover Mr Trumps obligations if he fails to', no Judge, NONE, cares if Chubb accepted a piece of real estate or Yacht, or a Private Jet, family jewelry, or cash. As Chubb is liquid enough that it does not matter, if Trump defaults on them. The winner of the case still gets paid which is ALL the Court cares about.
You really need to stay out of Real Estate and Law talk as this is fundamental basic 101 and you clearly know NOTHING in this area.

To highlight how incredibly stupid PMP is in this area he claims to be a lawyer in, many poorer criminals will have family member use family jewelry or their homes to get a bond at the Corner Pawn Broker shop that also posts bonds.
No Judge, NONE, cares what the Pawn Broker accepted to give his bond. If he got a fake piece of jewelry, too bad for him. They are keeping the Bond once posted, and ensuring the Winner of the trial gets paid.
The Bond group would then have to sue the person that gave them the fake Jewelry (or fraudulent property if they are like Trump).
This should be right in the sweet spot of a claimed slumlord lawyers law practice and yet PMP has NO CLUE about anything that happens in this area and proves himself stupid once again.
