You are aware that like all law there has to be probable cause, meaning the arresting officer has to see some immigrant illegally crossing the border or watch a video of the same. And even then the migrant gets a Judge hearing where he can claim refugee status, not a whole lot of difference

An illegal immigrant cannot claim refugee status.

Why do you want open borders that allow illegals and criminals into this country? Be specific.

Without checking, I think one was a GHW Bush appointee, the other was a Biden appointee. How can those idiots overrule the highest court in the land?

You may be correct ...I know that at least one of them was a Biden appointee and I just assumed the other one was as well... which was a mistake on my part... And really... how is that possible? And why would they overrule a policy that would help protect our country and our citizens?
 
If only there were some way we could expel Texas from the nation, we could let them handle the
Rio Grande situation on their own, which is what they seem to want to do,
and at the same time,
purge 40 Russiapublican electoral votes from the electoral college.

Figuring out a way to do that should actually be a major priority right now.

Figuring out how to close the border should be a major priority right now... Texas is doing their part and having quite a bit of success...

OK, thanks. If I haven't seen it yet,
it's probably on major network channels that I almost never watch.

MSNBC and Netflix are just about the only things that I watch anymore.
