Well, this explains why those at 1/6 were arrested and loitered in jail while those who simply attended the rally were not.

The money that's going to Ukraine is from federal taxes and other sources. It would not have been spent on any kind of law enforcement that would have saved that kid because local and state police get their funding from state and local taxes, not federal taxes.
