CNN: Judge rules Fanny stays on the case!

ATLANTA (AP) — Cellphone location data cited in a court filing Friday raises questions about the testimony given by a special prosecutor in the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald Trump who had a romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

The cellphone location data — disclosed in a court filing by Trump’s attorneys — shows prosecutor Nathan Wade had visited the neighborhood south of Atlanta where Willis lived at least 35 times during the first 11 months of 2021, an investigator said. Wade had testified that he had been there fewer than 10 times before he was hired as special prosecutor in November 2021.

You are still trumped.

Every judge who ever ruled against trump is corrupt in your world.

I think you are permanently Trumped! Sorry I think your case is terminal.

No, not true. The only one I consider having done that to this point is Erdogan in NY. If Trump is guilty of something, fine by me. But if it's clear he's getting the shaft because of his political enemies, then that's wrong and it's wrong regardless of the target and how much they may or may not deserve it.

You on the other hand, don't give a shit about equal justice when it comes to Trump. You want him found guilty repeatedly regardless of the facts or how corrupt the people doing it to him are.

it will have a huge effect on the trial...and the rest of her "career"...Perhaps you didn't listen to the scathing remarks delivered to the very unprofessional Ms. Fani from the judge...re her behavior in court to the MLK speech to the inappropriate relationship and exchange of funds... Too bad he's up for reelection...his judgement would have been...and should have been...very different.
But it will all work out when all is said and done...

She used poor judgement. But she has been appropriately sanctioned by the judge, her former boyfriend has resigned from the case and the case will proceed. Again, her personal behavior has nothing to do with the guilt of the people indicted, many who have already pleaded guilty.

this case is DOA.

it's nuclear dum dum.

Its only clear to those who are trumped. Trump appears to have committed multiple crimes.

You likely believe there was huge election fraud, and chinese bamboo in the Arizona ballots.

For example, in the Carrol case in NY, the state changed their statute of limitations on such cases with a one-year window where such cases would revert to the original law afterwards. E. Jean Carrol's lawyers filed their lawsuit the day after that law changed.

Why would NY state pass a law that so obviously was specifically designed to target one person?

In 2022, New York passed the Adult Survivors Act, which created a one-year lookback period during which adult victims of alleged sexual offenses could file civil suits against perpetrators regardless of whether the standard statute of limitations had already passed. Prior to its non-retroactive expansion in 2019, New York’s statute of limitations on sexual assault was generally three years for criminal cases, leaving Carroll well past any window for a criminal complaint. Carroll sued Trump once the Adult Survivors Act took effect, and in May 2023, a jury awarded Carroll $5 million after finding Trump was responsible for sexual abuse and defamation.

New York’s Adult Survivor’s Act went into effect Thursday, allowing survivors of sexual assault or abuse who were 18 years or older at the time to file a civil lawsuit against their abuser past the state’s statute of limitations. The act was signed into law by Governor Kathy Hochul in May and amends the statute of limitations for civil actions related to sexual offenses committed against adults in the State of New York. Under the act, civil actions which were previously barred by the statute of limitations are now revived. Survivors now have a one-year window to file the allowed civil actions for cases of sexual assault for which they previously could not file suit past the time limitation placed on the crime.

On election fraud, there was some, but it made no difference in the outcome.

your think corrupt judges dictate reality. that's your problem.

they both perjured themselves, that's obvious.

And you think your corrupt opinion is all that matters.

So when it is "obvious" Trump was trying to extort Zelinski in the 'perfect phone call'... you say, charge him then. Convict him. And you refuse to accept what is "obvious".

When we hear Trump trying to 'get Brad Raffensperger to steal votes for him Georgia'... you say charge him then. Convict him. And you refuse to accept what is "obvious".

When Trump 'whips up a mob and sends them in murderous rage to do his insurrection'... you say charge him then. COnvict him. And you refuse to accept what is "obvious".

When Trump is found by a civil jury and judge to have raped a woman'... you say charge him criminally then. Convict him. And you refuse to accept what is "obivous"and what two different court settings found.

So you guys are a corrupt joke, as you have one standard for Trump (criminal conviction or nothing matters) and you have one for Biden and Fani where all that matters is that you think something 'looks bad' and thus GUILTY. No court finding needed, at any level, as it is "obvious".

trump was asking zulinsky about biden / burisma like any good president would considering corrupt personnel such as a biden.

It is you who does not give a shit about justice, Terry which is why you have continually ducked and refused to answer this very direct question, that you know would make you admit Trump was guilty and that Judge Erdogan rulings were just.

HEre it is again for you to duck....

Person A owns an undeveloped piece of land that they pay and get a Valuation of X for, and they go to banks to arrange financing against the property but do not submit that valuation, and instead create one on their own computer which says the land has 2500 fully built and paid for developed homes on it and is worth 10x, and none of the banks fund them but do report them to the police based on the false documents...

(Here is your question Terry)

Is it your position, based on your understanding of the law Terry, that if Person A is charged with documents fraud, that is wrong, as there is no such crime since the loan was not given and thus there was no victim?

Totally legal, but on that one case, you have a point. I agree that was shady. I dont vote in NY.

How does that affect the criminal cases?

It didn't, only civil suits. It's odd that you can't find other cases of someone suing under this change in the law, and that it was effective for just a one-year period.

I read that there were other cases, I do not feel like finding it now. It was a legal thing for NY to do, but it smells like it was targeting the E. Jean case.

I believe Trump raped her, because it is consistent with how he acts.

What I do not see is how it means the Criminal cases are emblematic of a two tier justice system. Look at Senator Menendez.

your scenario lacks verisimilitude.

banks do their own due diligence and they were fine with everything.

you're meddling in the real estate market with your political bullshit.
