I know you guys are stupid and will struggle with this, but what prosecutors do is decide if they THINK they have enough evidence to get a guilt verdict in court and if not they do not charge.

it is a COURT, with a Jury or Judge trial that DETERMINES 'guilty' or 'not guilty' (aka exoneration).

Read that last line again and over and over until you comprehend it as it is absolute fact.

Brandon is not mentioned once in the report. The word "fuck" is only said once in the report and that is a quote from Biden about lobbying for troop increases in Afghanistan.
