According to the article, Hati's president was assassinated in 2021, so Biden installed a dictator who is friendly to the US. The exact same thing Clinton did back in the mid '90s when US troops had to go quash the people protesting.

Yep, just last year Biden gave Haiti over 200 million more of our tax dollars.
