If trump had taken one side or another, he could say he was not a liar. he has taken both sides, so is definitely a liar.

What you should agree with is Trump has avoided debates like the plague. The Repub party just went through a series of debates. One person was missing. The same thing happened in the last election. Trump has poor policy chops since playing golf and bullying do not teach you much about governance. Biden would do fine in a debate except for a bit of stuttering. Truimp would bluster, interrupt, and boldly lie while being veryrude. Apparently Reds like that in a candidate.
The reality: Biden was out yesterday talking about how debates depend on his opponent's "behavior" (link below), he's already desperately trying to come up with reasons why he'll not show up to a debate. Trump however is saying, "Anywhere, anytime" (link below that other one)... Only one of the candidates is afraid to debate, and it isn't Trump.

Trump does not know what a debate is. He thinks debate involves spouting verbal diarrhea completely unrelated to the question and talking over the other participant. So never. Because even if/when they appear on the stage, one is an intellectual who answers questions coherently, and the other is a court jester spouting bullshit.
No, he is absolutely spot on. Trump doesn't debate. He spouts bullshit. Biden isn't afraid to debate. He simply isn't interested in sharing a stage with a buffoon. It would be like me 'debating' TDAK. Give me a break.
