The conservative wing of SCOTUS went well beyond what was asked of them w/ their ruling. An unnecessary overreach.
The liberal wing rightly commented on that in their opinion.
So, why is Coney Barrett wagging her finger at them & admonishing them about raising the "temperature" of the country? Did she have the same tone when SCOTUS overturned Roe, and some of the views that the court expressed at that time?
The job of SCOTUS is to make rulings based on the Constitution & on precedent. The liberal justices don't need lectures from the majority about how they should or shouldn't comment on individual cases.
This is the worst SCOTUS America has had. The most political, the most partisan, the most unethical.
