I have to agree with you. The mainstream press is so numb to all trump's insane word and actions they pretty much ignore it. Biden makes a gaff, as he has his entire life and all of the sudden there are a million articles questioning Biden's mental fitness. trump encourages Russia to attack our allies "if they don't pay their bills" or identifies a photo of the woman he raped as one of his ex-wives, and ... crickets from the press.

It is frustrating.

Virtually every otherwise Left leaning news source is bluntly calling for Biden to step down. They all cite the worst polling they can find. I wonder if they do it in order to pressure Biden to do the right thing to insure against a trump win?

There is no way in hell the nation is going to support what is going on in every Red state. Forget the fact that trump's derangement is no secret. Maybe they aren't trying to help trump. Maybe they're forcing Biden's hand?

It won't work.

No, I don't think they're rooting for Biden to step down. Attacking Biden's mental fitness sells papers and encourages "clicks". trump says something shocking and it's just another day with a "y" in it. It's all about what they think sells. Look at us talking about it - negative attentions is still attention and the media is banking on that.

Ironically, cable news seems to have learned from '16. MSNBC's Morning Joe openly admitted that they were whoring for ratings when they allowed the buffoon to call in every single morning. They thought he was funny, and it was great for ratings. He got thousands of hours of free t.v. spots.

Print news sources are dying. I guess they don't realize that trump will shut them down altogether if he has his way

I can't stand Joe S. He's a loudmouthed jerk in love with his own voice. He talks over everyone. I love Morning Joe when Joe is on a day off. You can actually get to hear everyone else's opinion.
