Federal appeals court allows Texas immigration law to take effect

It's better than the proposed Arizona law that would permit illegal immigrants encroching on ranchers property to be shot.

Those ranchers are responsible if their cattle (unknowingly) gets out on a public highway and someone is killed hitting one. It could cost them their land.
