Something written on a check by the party paying back money does not change the nature of the original transaction.

One party calls it a gift, the other party calls it a loan.

Whose description counts?

The party who provided the money, that's who.

The owner of the funds decides whether or not it's a gift or a loan.

If the recipient of the gift later decides to treat it as a loan and pay the money back, that does not retroactively change the nature of the original transaction.

The closed testimony is to prevent the disclosure of classified information…as Slow Joe did with his classified material in his garage.

Ivanka Trump has a company that purchases items from China and pays them with money she got from her father.
The Chinese company pays money it got from Ivanka who got the money from her father to the Chinese government.
The Chinese government uses Trump's money which they got from the company that was paid by Ivanka to support CEFC.
CEFC paid money that came from Trump to James Biden.
James Biden then used the money that came from CEFC that got the money from the Chinese government that got it from Chinese manufacturers that got the money from Ivanka Trump who got the money from Donald Trump to bribe Biden.

There we have it folks. Proof that Donald Trump is bribing government officials in the US.

I do for one. I bought a used car for one of the grandkids two months ago. He signed a contract and agreed to pay me back. He still owes me $600 on it.
