Daniella Diaz was in the House media office covering certification of the election. Police informed the reporters they could not leave because of the rioters. Later, they relocated them to another building.

So, just to clarify: he wasn't arrested for "reporting."

And it's a misdemeanor charge. There is such an endless well of outrage on the right about extraordinarily minor stories, and about accountability to the rule of law.

Gardner is perfect example of the corruption of Trump. They just lie, lie, lie.
