The FBI told the Repubs the guy was unreliable. He could not be trusted. But Comer and Johson did not care. They claimed he was real and unimpeachable. So, just like the rest of the drivel you posted, you are full of shit. People charged with lying on a federal firearms background check usually get hit with a massive fine and do something up to a year in prison. If Bagman is found guilty, his pending IRS charges would count against him under federal sentencing guidelines increasing the chances of his being sent to prison as would his military dismissal, and his continued use of drugs. I would expect 3 to 6 months in confinement and a five-figure fine being dumped on him if he were just some schlub on the street.
