We all know the facts now. And those facts are that there is NO SITUATION where a foreign intelligence agency reports to the CIA or FBI that they got information from within one parties campaign, that they were being fed information by Russians to the impact the election, that the FBI SHOULD NOT OR WOULD NOT open an investigation.

The point is not whether that information ends up true or not, and is that they simply must investigate to determine if it is true or not.

The FBI reportedly launched its investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 US election after George Papadopoulos, then a foreign policy adviser to Donald Trump, told an Australian diplomat that Moscow had damaging information about Hillary Clinton.

According to a report published by the New York Times on Saturday, Papadopoulos made the revelation to Alexander Downer, the Australian high commissioner to the UK, “during a night of heavy drinking” at the Kensington Wine Rooms in London in May 2016.

Papadopoulos reportedly told Downer that Russian officials possessed thousands of emails that could harm Clinton’s candidacy.

And then once the FBI opened the investigation and started to reach out to the Trump campaign with questions, and everyone in the Trump campaign began lying about their many contacts, the FBI has no choice but to broaden and go deeper.

No is to blame for the investigation but Trump and his lying and the lying of those around them.

The pretense that ZOMG they opened an investigation into Trump and his campaign, is just another in the line of stupid comments from Magats.

Again, i repeat, THERE IS NO INSTANCE when foreign intelligence reports to our intelligence that Russians are interfering in our elections by feeding info to one campaign, that the FBi will say 'not interested'.

If the FBI did not investigate, and it turned out to be a real danger they would all be fired for ignoring the warning.

The act of opening an investigation does not mean they have to find guilt. It is also done to clear. But in this instance the Magats on Trump's campaign all started lying about the contacts they had with Russians, which the FBI already knew about, so that just forces the FBI to now have to get to the root of those lies.

The FBi and similar agencies are needed more than ever, in large part due to the growing Magat threats to all Institutions. We see Republican Senators afraid to express their real feelings about Trump and his actions due to threats. We see election workers facing threats just for doing their jobs. We see Prosecutors, such as the one approached in the Fani Willis case, choosing not to take on the case, as they do not want to deal with Magat threats. And on and on and on.

The FBI, needs to scale up and find and prosecuting all the Magats threatening until that threats are not seen as a good thing to do, just as prosecuting the Insurrectionist has chilled the Magats rabid support of Trump at his rallies.
