Judge orders Trump to pay nearly $355 million in civil fraud trial

Blazed Pascal proclaims that is not what happened as he knows that would be a bad fraud if it did and he does not want to believe Trump committed fraud.

Now that you and i have told him it is true, with the evidence you cite, and Judge's ruling where the details are all laid out, I am willing to bet suddenly Blazed Pascal finds a way not to care about this fraud.

From the very beginning of this case, we had the dumbest magats proclaiming the case was a dispute over whether Mar A Lago was worthy $15MM or $300MM+ and 'a Judge cannot decide real estate values'. It was pointed out to them, and the Judge stated it numerous times, that this case was not about a fight over the value, but rather how Trump filed very different values for numerous properties. He filed Mar A lago was worth less than $15MM when he wanted to fight the tax assessment, to save taxes. He then went to the bank and said it was worth $300MM based on a bunch of lies, such as it being permitted for residential development when he contracted those rights away FOREVER, to save taxes.

Again and again, the Judge lays out clear documented lies and fraud, one after another by Trump and his org.

ok russiagater.

'Lied under oath in my courtroom': Judge Engoron email suggests massive penalty for Trump

On September 26, 2023, Kise was sanctioned along with four other attorneys for making "repetitive, frivolous" arguments on behalf of Trump and the Trump Organization in the context of New York litigation challenging alleged fraud. The court held that the attorneys had been "expressly warned" that the positions they were taking had already been repeatedly rejected by both the trial and appellate court, and concluded that "sanctions are the only way to impress upon defendants' attorneys the consequences of engaging in repetitive, frivolous motion practice after this Court, affirmed by the Appellate Division, expressly warned them against doing so.

Given the gist of this show trial, that means Kise et al., tried to actually make a defense of Trump rather than simply admit his crimes as show trials require. Thus, they were sanctioned for not being in on the fix.

IConspiracy Theories

LOL Unlike you, I have faith in the American justice system which is biased toward the defendant. If Trump is innocent, it will be found on appeal. If the judge did anything wrong, it will be found on appeal. If anything untoward or unfair occurred, it will be found on appeal.

It's actually far less of a conspiracy theory than thinking that Trump owes $350 million for a victimless crime in trial brought by an attorney general that made getting Trump a major part of her campaign, and a judge--in a bench trial no less-- that openly has said Trump deserves the beatdown...

You're free to side with the conspiracy theorists, Terry. I'm free to believe in America.

Yes it makes President Trump all the more sympathetic, more in tune with the average guy on the street who has been a victim of an unjust legal process.

The "average guy" can't even afford a night in one of his hotels without breaking the yearly budget. And an "unjust" legal process was having the nations tax burden put on the "average guy" after Dump gives a massive tax break to folk in his tax bracket.

The "average guy" listened to this Orange Oaf and the MAGA media on Jan. 6th .... a lot of them are doing time in jail, and there is NO expectation of Dump making donations to the families.

YOU and all the rest of the MAGA/Alt-Right mooks are just willfully ignorant door mats for Dump. Seems you like bending over that chair with your pants down. Classic!

This will be reversed on appeal. So you libtards shouldn't get too excited.

Didn't you predict he wouldn't get convicted on anything?

- Twice for molesting a woman, then defaming her in public.

- Now as a serious tax cheat.

Seems your sky is falling, my little MAGA chickadee.

Pew-pew-pew, indeed!

Deutsche Bank official says large changes to net worth like Trump’s isn’t unusual

Trump’s Bankers Say His Exaggerated Net Worth Did Not Affect Loans

Trump's Bankers Testify They Saw No Fraud And Made Millions

Current and former Deutsche Bank employees told a New York state judge Tuesday and Wednesday that they raked in millions from Donald Trump's business and saw no fraud

So describe just who was defrauded?

Crooks defending crooks:

According to admissions and court documents, between 2009 and 2016, Deutsche Bank, acting through its employees and agents, including managing directors and high-level regional executives, knowingly and willfully conspired to maintain false books, records, and accounts to conceal, among other things, payments to a business development consultant (BDC) who was acting as a proxy for a foreign official and payments to a BDC that were actually bribes...

having a high end business doesn't mean you can't be a sincere political populist.

you're retarded.

you're a simplistic idiot.

the sweeping statement that "the american justice system is always biased towards the defendant" is so moronic that to utter even once belies simple idiocy on the part of the speaker.

:truestory:

And, as we know you do, the tooth fairy, Santa Claus, the grassy knoll shooter, and that you can get a date you didn't pay at least four figures to hire....
We? As in your little gang of oath-breaking wannabe Mall shooters like "Blazed Pascal", Terry? Who is "we"?

You're the conspiracy theorist, Terry, as you exemplified here:

Courts do not sanction attorneys lightly. Apparently you, like your #TangerineTyrant, think that throwing paper at the bench amounts to a "valid defense." It doesn't, as these shysters discovered. As always, you Trumpanzees' are blinded to reality and think this is some sort of unfair, biased action because #TRE45ON can do no wrong in your cultish eyes.
