“Multiple people hurt in shooting at Chiefs' victory parade”

Some people have guns to trade. They are private owners. I strongly doubt a businessman would commit a felony illegally selling guns to someone who is probably a criminal.

Trump says he is a business man! :palm:

How long would Trump stay out of trouble if he carried a sidearm?

He was the one that had to ask, "Why can't we use Nuclear Arms on our enemies"?

Oh, yes, he plays by the rules don't he?

I am not going to even try and carry on a conversation with people like you that denies that GUNSHOW LOOPHOLES exist.

There is no reasoning with people like you!

I refuse to argue with idiots, most especially people like you that will not realize that GUNSHOW LOOPHOLES exist!

Find you a fool that is willing to argue with you about that!

Next!

So why don't you explain this "Gunshow Loophole" you are rambling about. Every show I've been to of late requires that any gun sold MUST be sent to a licensed gun dealer with an FFL and MUST go through a background check.

You are the problem- NOT I!

I am trying my best to keep the 2nd amendment alive, so that you can have all the play toys you want- BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE LICENSED TO OWN A GUN AND THAT ALL YOUR GUNS ARE REGISTERED TO THE STATE.

That way, if you sell a gun illegally without a background check, or pull your gun out on someone illegally, or use your gun in a road rage, and if caught doing so, THE AUTHORITIES can REMOVE YOUR 2nd AMENDMENT RIGHT TO OWN A GUN! That way, I know you passed your tests for ownership, and were permitted a license that allows you to carry it in public automatically. That way, should your TOYS get stolen, it would make it much easier for your TOYS to be returned to it's proper owner should they show up on the streets again- IN THE WRONG HANDS!

Without you having a license, for all I know right now- YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER IDIOT WITH A GUN!

NEXT!

Ain't no way I'm registering my guns, lizard. End of story.

Well here's the thing, Arby, and remember that I'm not really into this gun argument on either side.

You've told everybody that you have them. [I've done the same.]

You've told us enough about yourself for any competent investigator to ascertain your identity. [I've probably also done the same.]

If they do decide to register guns, then, your choice might be to register them or have them confiscated.
I'm not advocating this as policy, mind you.

I'm just pointing something out.

They don't know where I have them. Not all of them are here in my home, nor did I ever mention what else I might have, or sold.

I wish he would carry since he's dumb and emotional enough to pull it on camera and shoot someone.

As for an FFL dealer committing a felony when at a Gun Show, why? There are plenty of legal buyers there and, in order to maintain good relations with law enforcement, s/he would report anyone seeking to break the law.

Much easier if you do your own homework, and post Missouri's gun regulations.

Hint...there aren't any.

Typical white lib, lying socialist pig. Wants me to find his argument for his pansy lazy ass. :palm:
Socialist pigs fear work.

I own several firearms--most of them sporting types but firearms nonetheless.
It's unlikely that I'd ever buy another,
but if I wanted to, I wouldn't know the first thing about doing it in 2024.

One would assume that help would be available here, however.
The federal requirements are the same everywhere, right?

I could ask my daughter, of course, but she'd only say,

"Dad, why the fuck are you buying another gun?"

:)

Yep, as long as Black Americans are armed Democrats can not put them back in chains.

And as long as women are armed, white libs can't beat and rape them. White libs hate that.

Listen up you reckless careless asshole, a very large overwhelming majority of our population want to see some no-nonsense sensible Gun Laws. Even most Responsible Republican Gun owners!

And when Biden wins the White House again in November, and the Democrats OWN both sides of Congress again because of the weak Republican candidates being offered up in this cycle, WE INTEND TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

SO you have been formally warned.

Yesterday's shooting in KC has put sensible gun laws back on the ballot in 2024. The shooters were obviously under 18 or we would have already known the identity of the shooters. So, this had to be juvenile delinquents that had some easy access to weapons. This was not anything other than some juvenile delinquents, with easy access to guns, with criminal intent running amuck in our society- meanwhile another life was taken, and 22 people were seriously wounded, with 9 or more being between 5 and 15 years old.

SO, FUCK YOU GUN-TARD- WE'LL FIX THIS!

We intend to restore sensible and legal gun ownership in this country- BECAUSE IT IS TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL NOW!
What do you say would be "no-nonsense sensible Gun Laws," Mr. Lizard?

How will restricting my Constitutional rights make this country safer?

The federal requirements are the same, but state laws vary. Mostly, AFAIK, by waiting periods.

Maybe if you took your daughter to the range, she'd change her mind. :)

Let me flip you a fish there you barking sea lion!! ARF ARF!

At least you realize now, that LICENSES have a function, and that function is to keep people honest.

Because if one wants to keep his license, he will abide by the rules and laws.

That is why there needs to be a license for the gun owner as well, just to say, that as a gun owner, I promise to abide by the rules and laws of gun ownership, and if I don't, I will lose my license to even own a gun.

IF YOU ONLY HAD HALF OF A BRAIN, YOU WOULD WANT EVERY ONE CARRYING A GUN IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD- TO HAVE A LICENSE PERMITTING THEM TO CARRY THEIR WEAPON ON THEM. I mean, do you really want someone walking down your street, carrying a gun illegally?

And one of those gun laws should be that gun owners may only sell their guns to registered licensed dealers. And licensed gun owners may only purchase their guns from LICENSED GUN DEALERS. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP US ALL SAFER!

The idea is to keep guns out of the hands of people that should not be allowed to own them. RIGHT?

The only way to do that is for every gun owner be licensed, every dealer have a dealer's license, and every gun be registered to the state.

My Dad had a philosophy, that he reminded me of many times- and that I practice in everything I do, and that is, "If you are going to do something- DO it right, or don't do it at all!

He had others, like- "If you are going to do something, do it right the first time, and then you won't have to go back and do it all over again"!

The problem America faces with Guns, is- WE NEVER DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

We allowed all of these loopholes to exist because we do not license gun owners, and we have never registered our guns to our states- Like we register our automobiles now and and license people that gives them the earned privilege to even be allowed to drive them in public IN THE FIRST PLACE.

STARTING TO CATCH ON THERE SLOW LEARNER?

CAN YOU ONLY IMAGINE WHAT A FUCKED UP DANGEROUS AND CRIMINAL WORLD WE WOULD ALL BE LIVING IN IF WE DIDN'T REGISTER OUR AUTOMOBILES, OR LICENSE DRIVERS?

You just aren't using your noggin' BOY! And I am sick and tired of having to tell you knuckle draggers this!

NEXT!

lets have a license for everything. license to speak. license to vote. license to procreate. sound good to you, fuckstick commie?

“KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Shots were fired at the end of the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl parade Wednesday, injuring eight to 10 people, a fire official said. Fans were urged to exit the area as quickly as possible”

Guess we can now add celebratory parades to churches, parks, schools, malls, spa, senior citizen centers, restaurants, concerts, synagogues, movies, grocery stores, shopping centers, trains, etc, opps, my bad, eight people were killed via guns at a parade a year and half ago

Where can a person go now days without having to think about some gun toting guy with a grudge unexpectedly start shooting

And the right’s solution, we need more guns and easier access to more guns

There is nowhere you can go that prevents a nutcase from starting to shoot people.
That's why many carry a gun to stop such nutcases before they shoot more people.

The best solution to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

stop being a moron. A FFL licensed gun dealer that doesn't do background checks will always end up in jail.

Background checks themselves are unconstitutional, since they violate both the 4th and 2nd amendments and Article I. They also do NOTHING from preventing a bad guy from getting a gun.

OK! Doc Dutch uses the term Private Sales instead of Gunshow Loopholes.

But there are other gunshow loopholes.

But Private Sales are the largest problem.

I just wanted you to acknowledge that!

But, you won't, so never mind.

We'll just have to agree to disagree Sir!

Private sales are not a problem.

You are getting out into the rose bushes again!
You are describing yourself again, Sock.
Guns and automobiles are both Public Safety Issues!
So?
So they should be treated the same in having to obtain a license, and registering all guns to the state, that would allow you to buy, own, sell, or carry your gun in public.
Unconstitutional.
And America will never be safe again until we do this in every state.
The US and each State has a constitution, Sock. Go read them.
For Fuck's sake, you have to have a license registered to your state just to fucking fish man!
The 'license' to fish is not a license. It is a fee you pay to restock fish. It is a tax.
It's time we do what is fucking right- and what should have been done over 100 years ago!
Discarding the Constitution of the United States and all State constitutions is something you think should have been done over 100 years ago?? You're an idiot, Sock.
