As i said, you nagats stupidity is our super power, and thus you will simply keep repeating something you do not understand. These cases in NYS and other states happen via bench trial, all the time, and you seem to think no one has thought to take it to the SC. That is because you are stupid.
And once again, Trump's lawyer FAILED to ask for a jury trial regardless. Even in cases where a person does have a right to a bench trial, a bench trial is an option. You would not be denied a 'right' to a jury trial simply because you had to ask for it to get it. If you read 7A it DOES NOT say you must be given a jury trial by default. It says you must have a right to a jury trial.
If NYS wanted to say all such trials in 'this area' will be a bench trials by default but we preserve your 7A right by allowing you to request a jury trial, that is not a denial of the right, simply because you have to ask.
