Biden's Comments on the Border Crisis

Only 16% (look it up) of the "border bill" goes to tightening the border. Most goes to Ukraine. So, in reality, it's NOT a "border bill."

Your low intelligence must be the reason you assume these very different purposes have equivalent costs.

The crises at the border is so bad, the Trumpublicans are taking a two week vacation.

Does the Senate bill require migrants to REMAIN in MEXICO until their trial date? Does it require asylum seekers to apply in the "first safe country" they enter?

I find it amusing you showing your immaturity by calling me low intelligence. Why should a "border bill" only contain 16% (again, look it up) going to the border?

Nope. They leave illegals in this country to beat up our cops, only to turn them loose to do it again.

The name is "The Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act", as both the Ukraine and border measures are viewed as pertaining to national security. The reason funds for protecting the border are less than funds for war against Russia
is referred to in the comment you found amusing and, in any case, should be obvious.

So you are saying RB60 is right.

Why is this so difficult? If a woman sent her teenager to the store to buy a pack of gum and a quart of milk would she give kid the same amount of money for the gum as for the milk?

You are the one with the "difficulty".

Now apologize to RB60.

"Emergency National Security" when only 16% goes toward it?

WTF are you babbling about? What does that have to do with anything?

Perhaps you need to stop being a white lib misogynist pig.

No! That is not even the case here. All I need to do is just vote your kind out of existence!

So you just remember as you are voting- I HAVE ALREADY CANCELED YOUR VOTE For Donald Trump and the REPUBLICLOWNS OUT- WITH MY VOTE for Joe Biden and the DEMOCRATS!!

The Senate bill does nothing to secure the border. It is designed to facilitate illegal immigration, to make the process even faster.

The House GOP, I should say Trump, are the ones facilitating illegal immigration, and we all know why

What does the Bill give to the Union?

More power to send migrants back, as the Union itself described it, catch and return, rather than catch and detain

You don’t have a clue other than what you heard some AM radio talking head say about the bipartisan proposal

Because that 16%, $20+ billion, is the most any Administration has ever proposed for the border

It's what is known as an analogy. You might have heard of it. Think of the price of a package of gum as like the cost of guarding the Mexican border against migrants trying to walk across it; then think of the price of quart of milk as like the cost of helping to defend Ukraine against the armed forces of Russia. Do you think there might be a difference in scale that explains the lower percentage of funding for the border, like the lower cost of the gum compared to the quart of milk?
