Are our cities Hellscapes?

Those of you who follow the Trump/Foxnews hysteria…


Do you really believe our cities are really hellscapes and destroyed… Have you been to a city lately? Which one?

I’ve recently been to Macon, GA… a town of poverty scarred by drug abuse.

I’ve been to Ocala, FL, poverty and needles on the streets.

I’ve been to Eufala, AL, poverty and blight. Empty hollowed out mansion of earlier days.
 
downtown and south dallas are dens of degeneracy and street gangs. same with downtown fort worth. most of the cities in between those two also have centers of high crime.

Major cities are our cultural centers.
I couldn't be happy living anyplace else.
Cities have everything.
They're just expensive.

Housing costs are prohibitive in Boston, for example,
because nobody wants to leave,
and because people keep their houses until they die.

The cities are much more popular than the suburbs or the COuntryside, thats why they are so expensive.
 
Nashville is overrun with gangs of marauders known as "bachelorettes". If you hear a "wooooooo!" In the distance it's probably already too late for you.

Then there's the celebrity honky tonk bars. *shudder* Bon Jovi is opening one soon.
 
The Fox audience hasn’t a clue what life in one of America’s major cities is really like, if 5% of them have ever even been in NYC I’d be surprised. They have no concept of how big such as NYC is, the demographics, geography, or concentration of people. They see one report on one neighborhood that Fox generalizes as characteristic of the whole city, or all cities for that matter, and they swallow it completely

And as proof, Fox’s headquarters is located, and has always been located, in NYC, in fact, Murdoch himself, and members of the family, live in NYC

THe reporters on Fox mostly live in NYC.
