At Trump's last rally, he said he was asked about NATO members who did not keep up with the dues. Would he help them if they were attacked? he said no and that he would encourage Russia to attack them. There is so much that allies have in common. We have worked together for generations. Trump would want them to be conquered for dropping back on their dues. Trump is an asshole.
