FWIW, I've known a lot of people who weren't very bright or educated but were completely honest and trustworthy and I've known intelligent, educated people who I wouldn't trust without oversight. A lot of it goes to the character of the person and how they treat others.

Which would account for the pep in his step in his earlier years.....followed by several hours of "executive time".

Watching his last few speeches, with the Waterloo speech being a classic example, I think the Adderall isn't having the same effect upon him anymore. Hopefully he just starts doubling up on the dosages and gives himself on overdose which incapacitates him from running for office.
