The Nobel Peace Prize Committee does not reveal the information. The nominator reveals they nominated. Even if it were against the Committees rules, they cannot do anything about it.

You consider education "spoiling"? Really?

The vast majority of wealthy people do not consider education to be "spoiling." There are a few rare wealthy parents who do, but they are extremely rare. So I call bullshit on the claim that his father was secretly wealthy, and refused to pay for the murderer's education. You need to provide some sort of proof of the claim.
