I never accused Trump of a crime. I simply stated a fact that is true even without a criminal indictment.

You are free to state that Biden had classified documents since that is a fact. You are not free to say his having them was a crime since the elements of a crime were not met.

As a senator, he was not authorized to take or retain them in his garage.

He violated the espionage Act.

He wasn't prosecuted because the S.C said it would be difficult for a jury to look beyond Biden's age and forgetfulness (senility).

If Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified material but wasn't charged with a crime then clearly there is only one possible explanation

No. It is not a crime to simply have classified documents since you have to meet the other elements to prove the crime. Since none of the other elements are met there can be no charge of a crime.

Here - let me make it clearer for your.

Trump is exonerated of the crime of being A RAPIST!! since he was never charged with that crime.

There is a lot of denial about what's going on right now.

Trump & the right are having a field day w/ this. It is now the theme of the 2024 campaign. And voter concern about Biden's mental acuity is real, as evidenced by polls on the topic.

We're making this election a lay-up for Trump. I'd rather the wake-up call comes now, rather than in November.
