If Biden was stepping aside to let Newsome and others battle it out for who gets to be next, great. I would support him making that choice. Age in an issue.
However Biden should never step aside for Trump who is WORSE in every way.
You do not tell the near sighted guy to get out the car and stop driving because his diminished is a danger, and then put the blind guy instead in to drive.

Since Biden was not charged with a single crime and will never be charged with a crime by the special counsel there is only one correct conclusion to take from the report.

Any other conclusion is clearly a lie since Biden will not be charged with a single crime and no recommendation that he be charged in the future.

You, or anyone can pick the number of last campaign events (5, 8, 10 etc) that I can get transcripts for, for both Biden and Trump, and we can both pick out the gaffs, and if Trump does not make twice as many as Biden, in that stretch, then you win. The report..."Biden willfully retained AND disclosed classified material" did not exonerate Biden.
It clearly stated that he was old with a bad memory and it would be difficult to convince a jury.

It is very common in dementia that people can ramble on for hours as Trump does. Even as everyone has left the room they keep rambling as we see with Trump now, as many of his rallies the audience empties out as he keeps droning on nonsensically.
What Trump CANNOT do is make sense in any speech that goes on for any length of time. It is pure comedy to try and decipher what he said if you read any transcripts of his events.

You can’t claim people are guilty after you announce they are cleared of charges

ROFLMAO. Nope. Not a crime. The willfully retained part requires that he kept them after being asked to return them. No evidence of anyone asking for them to be returned and Biden refusing to return them.
Biden still had security clearance and the documents in question were his personal diaries.
