And there was NO INDICTMENT, which is the point. In an indictment a prosecutor is free to detail accusation, and the person accused then gets to go to court and prove them wrong or discredit them.

When there is no indictment it is wrong for a prosecutor to say 'while we did not find enough evidence of Trump being a pedophile in his engagements with Epstein, I still think he was' and if you do not know why, that is because you are stupid.

The report..."Biden willfully retained AND disclosed classified material" did not exonerate Biden.

It clearly stated that he was old with a bad memory and it would be difficult to convince a jury.

Biden committed crimes, retaining and disclosing classified material.

Zero exoneration, Pobre.

Often times copies of the same classified materials can exist in dozens of places at one time. The WH, Congress, various Consulates, etc, etc.

He is saying a POTUS without notifying anyone or following any procedure can declassify or classify materials.

So now something is declassified and yet no one in Congress or the Consulate, etc knows, nor do law enforcement.

A person mishandles that doc, and ends up charged because the FBI does not know the POTUS declassified it without telling anyone or following any procedures.

Over numerous POTUS then no one has any idea how many doc's prior POTUS may have done the same.

Suddenly decades later Jimmy Carter sees someone charged for mishandling classified material and says 'oh ya i declassified that without telling anyone back when i was POTUS', 'let that person go free'. Or he means to tell that to the DoJ but dies before he got the chance to.

ExpressLane-Idiots view is wrong and indefensible at every level, not withstanding Trump and WH Lawyers and Meadows already went to court arguing it was not true and 3 seperate judges agreed, that if the process is not followed after then the material remains classified.

It wasn't that long ago on this very board that someone who pretends to have once been a special ed teacher actually posted a tongue-twister and dared Biden to say it out loud. Yes, it was the same one who proclaims her Christian faith as an excuse to talk trash about others.

I think that if the Reichwing continues to use the ill-conceived words of Hur to hurt Biden, it's going to backfire on them. Per Pew Research, fully 70% of their base is 50 yrs. and older. Mocking people for their age and memory lapses is not going to be good optics for them, eh?
 
Old Joe is just getting too old. It's time to go home and play with the grand-kids, pops. Well, you and about 1/3 of Congress. Sitting around in DC is literally all some of these old timers can do. Some of them wouldn't be able to, physically/mentally, hold down an actual job.
