So Biden's brain is worse than the average prisoner in jail and he can't stand trial for his WILLFUL removal of classified documents and decimating those documents to his Ghost Writer.

He forgot the Special Council said Biden WILLFULLY took Classified Documents but because he is demented old man he was going to cut him a break. He isn't as smart as your average prisoner in prison.
