This is a cheap Trick, that Fox News has been called out for many times, and been proven that was what they were doing, by comparing FOX FILM CLIPS with actual unedited videos of the very same Biden speeches.

Fox News are Liars and they are a very biased and dishonest opinionating platform- NOT THAT, THAT HASN'T BEEN ALREADY PROVEN IN COURT!

- Trump cannot remember whether it was Nancy Pelosi or Niki Haley who was speaker of the House during his term
