I also think Pence had a better shot at defeating Biden in 2020 than Trump, if the GOP had saw fit to support the impeachment and removal of Trump from office

I think Roe repeal was going to seat a Democrat no matter what. Let's not forget that if trump isn't running, 35% of Republicans don't bother to vote.

Because she is out getting national attention while intensifying her criticism of him, he doesn’t like the reproval, especially when it comes from someone in his party, a women no less, if he is trying to win the suburban women vote making gun of Haley ain’t going to help

Logic dictates she should drop out, which she may after South Carolina, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she stayed in till Super Tuesday hoping that Trump’s legal problems take some of the wind out of his sail

As always, another stupid post by Magats.

A candidate is NOT running against the aggregate votes of the rest of the field. A candidate wins if the beat the person who comes in second.

That means Trump could win the 2016 primaries against other Republi'cans' getting no more than 30% of the vote while the rest got 70% combined and yet Trump won, time and again.

Magats did not mock Trump, in not getting that 70% of votes so this is just hypocrisy and stupidity now.

Right, she is hurting him. She is likely to stay in on the odd shot that he has a heart attack or is in prison.

I think if Trump is forced off the ballot by Democrat finagling through the courts, or whatever, and that's obvious--which it is right now--that as much as 50% of the usual 55 to 60% of people that vote in a presidential election won't or will fill in something like "None of the above" for President.

That means if Biden wins such an election it's on something like 30% or less of the total possible electorate. That will be a national disaster.

She is staying in to get name recognition, to be second choice in case something happens, and to be up on the list come 2028. She also is likely in negotiations with Trump over a cabinet position.

Additionally her war chest is growing and she can use that money for other things after she drops out.
