Atlanta is a sanctuary city and that drives up housing costs. It also means Rule of Law has collapsed and everybody takes up crime. Illegals are nothing but trouble.

feb 4 2024 Atlanta is battling a squatting crisis as 1,200 homes have been overtaken and landlords have to clear the unwanted residents themselves or wait months for police.

The situation has become so dire that some homeowners offer to pay off squatters to get them out of their homes - rather than risk losing months of rent.

One squat in the Georgia city was even being run as illegal secret strip club and had to be cleared out by an entire FBI swat team.

Matt Urbanski, who runs a home cleaning company in Atlanta and cleans 40 squatted homes a month, told Bloomberg: 'I’d be terrified in Atlanta to lease out one of my properties.

Evicting squatters can take over six months with backlogs in the courts and overwhelmed police forces.

One of Urbanski's employees was even shot while attempting to clear out a house after getting into a fight with the squatter.

You don't understand the problem. It's tough to determine if someone is a squatter. They usually have forged deeds that look legitimate so what can the cops do?. It has to go thru the courts and that takes months.
 
One of the many goals of the Regime illegally importing many tens of millions of people is that there will not be enough housing...at which point the Revolution strips private ownership and takes control of everyone's living situation. It might be that people who own their homes will be allowed to stay in them until they die so long as we obey rules and dicates (for instance housing illegals in our bedrooms), but upon our death ownership moves to the state, likely via NGO's which have been set up for that purpose.
 
I do suggest that you start counting the number of residential properties the Regimes agents such as Black Rock are accumulating.....private ownership is already being killed off.
