That's war. The military are not police. They are not there to 'bring justice to the bad guys.' They are there to kick the living shit out of an enemy of the nation with maximum violence. A true military doesn't serve the enemy a summons or arrest warrant, they come and stomp all over you with bullets and explosives with no fucking warning.

It is retards in the Western world that have somehow gotten the notion that the military is just a bigger badder SWAT team that will arrest the bad guys and bring them to justice. They're the incomprehensible ones when it comes to war.

Well, we're not at war. So.....

I can't relate to what you wrote at all. I actually think the current retaliation is a bit over the top. Reactions should be proportional to the offenses committed.

In this situation, your recommendation would likely lead to a full-blown war w/ the Middle East, which would likely spill into WWIII. It's hard to imagine what other catastrophes this philosophy would have led to throughout our history, when more focused actions were clearly more approrpriate than what you're suggesting.

So glad that people in charge do not think this way.

China Bloc has been consistent in message that Iran will continue to do everything possible to avoid this war just as the Russians did for a decade in Ukraine...but if America must have war then war it will be...and America will lose. We will get to the decision to either admit that we lost or to start nuclear WW3....in which case most of us are dead.
