Florida's crime rate, per your claims, is most likely due to gangs and drugs.........i'll grant you that on the social groups because of location and population demographics...........

in 2023, gun crimes in Mass. rose slightly, but still much lower than national average. what's difficult to ascertain is the rate of other violent crimes, mainly due to many law enforcement agencies not providing crime statistics or new methods of collecting data by the FBI not being compiled yet.

overall, while MA has one of the lowest crime rates in the nation, it is extremely hypothetical to declare that this is so due to strict gun control laws, especially because we all know that criminals don't follow the law.

Not my attempt, gave you four actual studies, and their are plenty more, proving a link between the two, even though common sense tells you the same, having a gun around increases the use of the gun

Canada, England, and Japan are bigger than Florida. Massachusetts is smaller than Florida. All except Canada are denser than Florida, so would be expected to have higher murder rates. Even Canada has more people in urban areas, so would be expected to have a higher murder rate.

The issue is making guns available without limits. Most countries prosecute the people who sell illegal guns, but for the most part America does not.
