Supreme Court to Mull Trump Ballot Questions

He organized the insurrection. He has no real defense.
He has claimed he was not actually sworn in so the 14th does not apply. Trump has spent time looking for yet another escape route. He knows he needs one, but will settle for enough delays that will avoid him facing the cold hard truth and having to pay for what he has done. Trump is a horrible small selfish man. Amrica needs to escape him relatively unscathed. I hope it is possible. But in the end, we may never be what we once were or pronmised to be.

So, where exactly was he charged with insurrection, tried in a court, and convicted of this?

Innocent until proven guilty in criminal trials. This is not even a civil trial, but rather an administrative hearing on eligibility.

Not in an authoritarian dictatorship they don't. The Democrats want to retain power and be the sole part in power for perpetuity. The Left--the Democrat party today--sees themselves as the paragons of society and that their insane, asinine, ideas are the epitome of virtue. But since few will accept that outside their own circle, they have to form a Dictatorship of Virtue were everyone is forced to kowtow to their edicts.

This is the underlying, if unspoken, reasoning behind DIE, Woke, and all the other Leftist social idiocy going on.

It is assumed,....obviously. Otherwise anyone could simply accuse anybody of leading an insurrection even when they didnt and have them removed from the ballot. That sound fair to you?

Wouldn't there have to be an actual insurrection, that the person being accused incited?
