Maybe you might want to sign up for a 9th grade civics class. The president's powers are limited, by design. It's up to Congress to come up with legislation -- and funding -- for border security. BTW, they are close to finalizing a bipartisan bill bolstering border security and adding administrative judges and limiting the number of applicants.

To be fair to Trump, he also meant all the brown-skinned countries too so it wasn't just the African "shitholes" he was worried about. :)
