Trump's vindictiveness is one of his defining characteristics. The rumor is that his decision to run for President was largely due to Obama poking fun at him during the WH Correspondent's dinner.

Would Trump try to trash Obamacare because of that? Is he still holding a grudge?

Of course he is, and he would go after Obamacare for this reason alone. And we know this about Trump: he absolutely does not care how many people this would impact in a negative way, as long as he gets his payback.

Just as a side note: he's doing the same thing that he did in the 2016 campaign - says he has a "much better" plan to replace it. In '16, he was going to replace it "quickly" with a much better plan, that the government would pay for, and would cover every American. And he had 4 years, and didn't do anything.

Universal health care would be much cheaper for the nation. However there are many wealthy people making huge bucks out of the system, and they have the power to stop it. That's the exact reason he is doing this. The moment he took control of the govt. in '17, he set out to erase Obama's name from history.
