In Janice Gassam Asare's book 'Decentering Whiteness in Your Workplace' she describes "White Centering" as a system that promotes white people over everyone else.

Journalist David Harsanyi said the concept of "decentering whiteness" could be achieved only if a workplace fired its white employees.
