‘It doesn’t look good’: George Santos expects to be expelled from Congress

In a defiant speech Friday sprinkled with taunts and obscenities aimed at his congressional colleagues, Santos insisted he was “not going anywhere”. But he acknowledged that his time as a member of Congress may soon be coming to an end.

“I know I’m going to get expelled when this expulsion resolution goes to the floor,” he said Friday night during a conversation on X Spaces. “I’ve done the math over and over, and it doesn’t look really good.”

Santos has been expelled from Congress. 310 to 114, 2 present, 8 not voting.

Santos ran off without saying anything. I expect criminal charges to follow. Drain the Swamp!
 
He's out. Finally some Republicans found their lost cojones. They were in a box in a bathroom at Mar-A-Lago. :laugh:
 
The timing is perfect. Now he is available to be Trump's running mate. He is among the few politicians who have the same ethics and morality as Trump. They are a perfect pair.

Time will tell. I'm encouraged by the Republicans speaking out about Trump's treason and lies.
 
He was right. He's been expelled. First one that wasn't convicted of a crime or a Confederate.

You mean other than Christie, a couple of candidates are actually standing up to #TRE45ON? During the debates they were very careful not to wake the orange slug with anything he might have perceived as an insult.

They're politicians, but, yes. Anyone running for President against Trump is standing up to Traitor Trump...except Vikek who seems to be running for Trump's oral penis and anus cleaner.
