nov 23 2023 Aurora, an “exascale” AI computer that can process a mind-boggling number of calculations per second, is ready to turn on…but is humankind ready for its “wisdom”?

The Department of Energy last week announced that the world’s most powerful AI, a project that began in 2015, would soon be powered up at the Argonne National Laboratory.

Aurora, as reported recently by TheMessenger.com, is half the size of a football field, and will be able to perform two quintillion calculations per second, or a “billion billions.”
