Biden versus Trump, classified documents

The documents case is one that Trump cannot defend. He committed that crime in public and was defiant in doing it. He will lose it. Trump deliberately stole a truckload of classified documents.

Trump is covered by the Presidential records act Biden is not. Also Biden had a Classified document that he removed from a SCIF that required knowledge. Also I want to see if the documents that Biden had covered the rather detailed email that Hunter made because it looks exactly like an intelligence briefing. It is atypical of Hunter's other emails.

That is simply not true. You rightys believe in absolutes Trump has a right to make say any lies he wants in court. Step 2 is a diversion. What about Pence, Biden, Hunter, Hillary, Obama and JFK? All you have to do is respond in court with that and watch the judge explain to you that it has nothing to do with Trump's 4-year crime wave.

It is not true but derps believe everything Trump says because they are stupid.

The PRA does NOT govern government documents and especially classified documents. ONly personal ones and simply because Trump wants to say everything is his personal property does not make it so.

No IT DOES NOT.

Stupid people, like Trump Magats have been schooled on this over and over.

The PRA during the 'Clinton Socks Case', clearly laid out the limits and role of the PRA.

IN that case, a group sued via the Freedom of Information to get his memoire notes, which they said were government doc's since he created them while in the Job of POTUS.

They lost that case and the process of the PRA was established. That process is:

- if a POTUS has things such as Diary notes, a memoire, a book he is working on, etc that he wants to keep personally he can appeal to NARA under the PRA that these are not govt docs and a review will be done and if deemed personal, the POTUS then gets to keep them.


What the PRA specifically does not do, as laid out in its statute is to allow a POTUS to claim any actual gov't documents or classified materials that do not fit those personal definitions.


You guys just need to be less stupid.

Start practicing your tears now for when any attempt to use the PRA as a legal defense is laughed out of court if not out right denied by the judge as not relevant and thus not allowed as a defense.

it defines CLEARLY what is and IS NOT covered under the PRA, and what IS, are diaries, memoires, a book in progress, and other such personal writings or items. But a POTUS MUST make the request to NARA and during the process NARA can agree and THEN AND ONLY THEN does a POTUS get to keep it personally. That DOES NOT include official gov't docs nor classified material like doc's detailing the US strategic military plan, should they invade Iran.
