Just last week oregon cancelled the proficiency tests to graduate from HS and now this. The average black IQ is 65 so liberals say everything must be dumbed down to their level. God help us.

nov 8 2023 Prospective lawyers no longer need to pass the bar exam to become licensed in Oregon following a decision Tuesday by the state Supreme Court.

The Oregon State Bar can now license law school graduates who submit a portfolio of their work practicing law for an independent evaluation as an alternative to the traditional exam, a change the leader of Willamette University’s College of Law has pushed for years.

The court unanimously approved the new Supervised Practice Portfolio Examination, which will allow graduates to complete 675 hours of legal work supervised by an experienced attorney. That’s the amount of time most people study for the bar exam, according to a news release from the university.

Prospective lawyers of color, particularly Black lawyers, are much less likely to pass the bar exam than white test-takers, according to data from the American Bar Association.

The WOKE are absolutely at war with competence and standards, perhaps because this is a CCP impossion of the West program.
 
I'm sure a lot of these prospective black lawyers read at the 5 th grade level. They shouldn't be lawyers, but we're not allowed to say that.
 
According to the article, all you have to do now is get some lawyer to say you did 675 hours of legal work and you become a lawyer too!! "Hey dood. You gimme $5,000 and i'll say you did 675 hours."
 
Wisconsin didn't require graduates of a WI law school to take the exam back in the 70s......I don't know if it's still true......

Used to be anyone could call themselves a lawyer. No bar exam or college degree needed. Lincoln had neither. He wasn't even a HS graduate. Only went to school for around a year in his whole life.

Going forward only those who the Revolution approves of will be lawyers.....the purpose of the law under the rule of the Revolution is hunt and harm enemies of the Revolution.
 
See the persecution of PATRIOT TRUMP for illustration. This is the new normal till this Revolution is dispatched, which almost certainly does not happen till after UTOPIA fails to rise from the smoldering ashes of America.

Rightys are so dishonest, This is part of the story. However, they omitted that law school graduates will be able to practice law after 675 hours of working with a licensed attorney and their work examined by the state board of bar examiners.

We live in very corrupt times.....this is a program to get people who are loyal to the Revolution but too unqualified to pass a test into position to drive to UTOPIA.
 
How does this make a difference? Liars... err... lawyers... in Oregon will still be the same bunch of incompetent, mediocre, intellects they were before, just like lawyers everywhere are...

Competence in skilled positions is plummeting as America collapses...which is certainly something you would notice if you were better....but you aint.

I didn't omit that, you liar. I put it in the opening post. But that "requirement" is nothing. Blacks will just pay a lawyer friend to say they put in the 675 hours.
 
Why can't blacks pass the bar exam like everyone else? Well - that average IQ of 65 is a real problem. Libs say " but the bar exam is really tough." Well . . . it's supposed to be tough.

Furthermore blacks get the benefit of affirmative action scoring on the test . And they still can't pass!
