Okay since the Leftists / Democratics on this board are so butt hurt about their party being misnomered as "Democrat," and want it to be called "Democratic" I'll do that and they will henceforth be known as "Democratics" so their naming matches their preferred party name.

Communist party members are called "Communists."
Socialist party members are called "Socialists."
Republican party members are called "Republicans."

And, so on. If "Democratic" is just an adjective, then "Party" becomes the noun. Of course, that's clearly idiotic, so "Democratic" must be a noun making Democratic party members "Democratics."

Insults coupled to a response / rebuttal are better than ad hominem. The reason is, a response / rebuttal was given, and the insult becomes gratuitous. Ad hominem shows a lack of ability to respond to the argument / discussion substituting a meaningless attack on the opponent for anything meaningful that adds to the debate. An insult, by itself, is no better or worse than ad hominem.
