yes indeed, our police forces are held to a higher standard (sarcasm)

99% of the time, the city settles while claiming that there was no wrongdoing. If, by some miracle, the cop is fired, the union arbitration almost always gets the cop his/her job back, with backpay. That, or the cop finds another job with another agency.

you claim I hate police, mostly because you're just a fucking idiot, but what I hate is the no accountability because of statist fucking morons like yourself.

In Texas, such actions often result in the termination of the officer.

You hate the police, DtM, just like you hate the Federal and State government you desire to overthrow. Your posts are all over the forum on the subject. You have no problem murdering innocent Americans to achieve your goal as you and I have discussed at length.

Why did you backpedal after 1/6? Is your face among the mob at 1/6? Is it only a matter of time before someone turns you in for beating police and violently breaking into Congress? Or did you simply sit on a weapons cache outside the magnetometers waiting for a Go Signal?

Were you part of the conspiracy to overthrow Congress and install Trump as President for Life, DtM?

If you are guilty of any of these crimes, it's only a matter of time before someone turns you in; either because you're a violent douchebag or to save their own ass by offering up you, a much bigger target due to your position.

You hate me, but the ones you should fear are on either side of you, dumbass.

A cop pulled her gun on me two years ago for a parking violation as my kids were loading up the truck, when I filed a complaint they refused to address it. I had it on video.
So stop parking your penis extender in the wrong place. Somehow I'm sure there must be a little more to this story.

You will be happy to know I got a cop terminated and his supervisor demoted for an illegal search and almost arrest of my son in Southlake.

if you were truly a lawyer and a former prosecutor, you would already know that the courts have stated that there is no constitutional right to NOT have the government point guns at you.

ITs true, but there are department rules against that, and there are State and Federal laws against it. I healthy nation would not stand for it.

Believe what you want, this cop was panicked because the condo commandos were upset by my temporary loading in my truck.

More proof of why I think your days of freedom won't be long. Either your family or your like-minded "friends" in your "unit" will roll on you before you blow up a black church or Federal day care center.

more proof that you're just a trolling moronic feminist..................how's beta life?

was this the episode about 4 years ago? and do we know the current status of terminated cop and supervisor?
The canine cop was forced to resign and went to work in Grand Prairie and the Lt. is currently a school cop. The incident happened in 2007.

My son had just graduated H.S. and I gave him a Mustang with a flashy body kit. The cops stopped him 3 times in 2 months but never ticketed him. The third time he was stopped about 200ft from our home. The cop that stopped would not tell him why he stopped him and eventually about 20 minutes later told him he could go. A canine cop then approached my son's car but my son drove away and left him standing in the road. About 2 weeks later my son stopped with his front tire on a cross walk and the canine officer stopped him. The supervisor showed up and they had my son get out of the car and stand on the passenger side . The canine officer took his dog and circled the car twice and nothing happened. Then on the third time he positioned himself and the dog on the driver's side of the car opposite of where my son and the supervisor were standing. The canine officer also stood between his cruiser camera and the dog. He then said the dog got a hit and proceeded to search the car. They found a hookah pipe in the trunk that my son was returning. They handcuffed my son and put him in the cruiser and turned the AC off. (mid August) They tested the residue in the water pipe and it was negative then tested what they said were "shakes" flakes of marijuana accidentally dropped in the floorboard. I arrived on the scene and demanded my son be removed from the hot cruiser. I asked why he was handcuffed. They said the hooka was paraphernalia. I pointed out there was a hooka bar on highway 26 only 5 miles from there where people sat on the patio and smoked every day. They claimed ignorance. I pointed out that my wife had worked for the Chief Judge of the Northern District and that I was an ER doctor and we would be fighting any arrest. The two cops walked off together out of listening range and began to talk to each other. They said "Here is the thing..Mics!"..... Then they turned their microphones off. They came back and released him.

I bought the videos from the two cruisers on the scene On one video you can hear my son ask how you know the dog gets a hit. The supervisor said "the dog will sit down." On the other video you can see the cop standing next to the car and in front of the dog on the driver's . Again my son and the supervisor were on the opposite side and couldn't see the dog. Anyway all you could see of the dog was his head and tail. The tail never moved to a seated position.

So I took the video to the chief of police and showed it to him. I also had what they found in the rear floor board and claimed they were shakes tested by a hospital lab. It wasn't marijuana I suspect it was from the crepe myrtle tree my son parked under. I also had my son and his friend tested for marijuana the day after the stop and he and his friend were both negative. I showed the Chief the evidence and he said "It is obvious your son isn't the problem here. I told him if he discharged the canine cop I would not sue Southlake PD in the Northern District of Texas for a civil-rights violation. He called the canine cop a couple days later and forced him to resign. He busted the supervisor back to a corporal.

So few people have the temperament to be good police officers,
and often those who do
have less taste for that kind of work than those who don't.

My daughter, a lieutenant detective with the BPD,
strongly believes that there are more positions to fill
then there are good candidates to fill them,

and this is even with budgetary restraints limiting the positions to fill.

She is correct.
