Looks like Chutkan reinstated her gag order on Trump that she put on hold earlier this month.

Damn funny. Gag orders on the loudmouth liar in two separate trials and jurisdictions.
 
These judges are giving themselves a nice opportunity to get overturned in appellate court
due to their showboating.

Let the asshole talk.

Let the juries find him guilty.
We've got to catch a break with at least one of them.

Keep the prick out of our faces.

Just the opposite. This temporary stay was due to trump's appeal of the gag order. Instead of telling his team to sit down and shut up, the judge played the game in order to avoid any grounds for appeal.

She knew that trump would immediately illustrate exactly why the original gag order was necessary.

Any other defendant in history would be sitting in jail right now.

One other point:

Everything trump is doing right now is aimed at future jury nullification.

Which is part of the reason for the gag orders.

I fear it will work in at least one jurisdiction. Hell...he has the judge in his back pocket.
