Democrats Splinter Over Israel as the Young, Diverse Left Rages at Biden

For decades the people of Israel have faced these opposing issues:

1. They are surrounded by countries that wish to kill all Israelis and push them into the Mediterranean.

2. The wealthy Arab countries surrounding Israel refuse to welcome or give humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in the occupied territories, even though they have the land and the resources. Why? Because they know when the world sees the plight of the Palestinian people they'll blame Israel and not them.

So.. what are the people of Israel to do when attacked by Iran-backed Hamas? Lay down and die? I don't think so.

It is time that Jewish voters to understand that the Left is not their friend. Jews supporting the left today would be like the Jews supporting the Nazi party in 1930.

You’re right. They are not supposed to lay down and die.

But, how about this? Stop treating the Palestinian people like 2nd class humans or animals. That’s a good first step.

The fact is Israel has been dominating and abusing Palestinians for many decades. Now they are bombing them and destroying their homes and infrastructure. What a great way to end M.E. violence and create the basics for peace.

Agree completely. Without the US giving Israel weapons, they would be forced to negotiate and have peace.

How do you sort out the good Palestinian citizens from the ones who want to kill Israelis? I don't cheer for the oppression of anyone. I'd just love for someone to come up with a solution. Carter tried, Clinton made some headway that collapsed in the Arab Spring. Then Jarod was going to solve everything under trump <-- sarcastic on my part as far as Jarod goes. But my point is - many have tried for a peaceful solution. I don't know what the solution is.

Many decades? ... so since 1948 when they agreed to the U.N. peace plan and the palestinians attacked them?
