I asked how many of is illegals are migrant workers and I never got an answer... I wonder if there's a job breakdown somewhere ... probably kind of impossible since they can't track them once they're here ...and now NY they is giving them plane tickets to fly Anywhere to get rid of them... what we need is people to come into the country the legal way... then you're privilged to have access to anything other citizens have here... just like Millions have done in the past... as for the hundreds of thousands just roaming ...I think they should all go to the homes and schools of those who welcome them with open arms...

Would you work on a farm for the wages the undocumented earn? The low wages go hand in hand with the fact that because they aren't here legally that the farm owners can threaten them with deportation if they even try to fight for higher wages or better working conditions. It's like slavery-lite with workers often living in homes also owned by the owners.

Indeed I did. Not many generations ago at all.
I'm not always happy that they didn't stay where they were.
That my kids chose to not procreate means that my direct line's history in America will be very short.
We will only have had three generations actually born here.
I often wonder why I bother concerning myself with all of this political discussion
when it's almost mercifully over for us.
Wouldn't it be better if I left others to their own problems?
