Yep there might be one or two nutjobs that decide to shoot up a drag show - but there are always one of two nutjobs who decide to shoot up a drag show.

I guess it's possible some right-wing militia might plan something - hopefully they've all been infiltrated and the intelligence agencies are listening.

True. He just got out of a mental hospital and just lost his job. How many Red Flags do people need here?

It's my firm belief that politics and religion don't make people crazy but crazy people are attracted to the extremes of politics and/or religion in order to justify their impulses. I'm guessing his will be political.

They still haven't found him as of 6:30pm Eastern. My guess is the same is yours - he's taken his own life, they'll find his body, and depending on what was in the note they found at his house, we'll never know what his twisted rationale was his despicable deeds.

Nutjob reasons for their actions are nutjob reasons. The man was mentally ill. He had the means to do harm and did. He could have done it with a 5-gallon can of gasoline and a match, but he had a gun so he used that.

The problem isn't the means, but the man.
